Lemus Construction · Lemus System

The operations platform of Lemus Construction

Lemus Construction, Inc. · Warminster Township, Pennsylvania · Roofing, siding, decks, windows and doors, gutters and skylights for multi-family and commercial properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Connecticut and Northern Virginia.

Lemus System is the software Lemus Construction uses to run its work: service requests, inspections, scheduling, proposals, change orders, invoices and warranty records. Our office and field teams use it every day. Property managers, association boards and homeowners we work with receive their appointment reminders, proposals, invoices and job updates from it by email and text message.

Our company website is lemusconstruction.com. This site exists for the platform itself: sign-in for our team and customers, and the policies that govern the messages the platform sends.

Text message updates

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Lemus Construction sends job-related text messages: appointment and inspection reminders, notices that a proposal or invoice is ready, and replies to your service requests. We never send marketing texts under this program. The example form below shows exactly what we ask for and what you agree to. Our staff use the same wording when you give consent by phone or in person.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The checkbox is never pre-checked.
